eCreator is a powerful web-enabled application that lets users create agent call scripts and interactive web pages quickly and easily using simple drag-and-drop design techniques. The eCreator Supervisor gives you fast access to eCreator information, including the tree navigation view of scripts.

eCreator scripts are created using the full-featured eCreator Supervisor application. The eCreator Supervisor provides script designers with a client creation wizard, graphical presentation of script navigation and a flexible palette of Response Elements that simplify nearly every scripting task. The eCreator Response Elements are pre-designed programming objects such as data collection fields, navigation functions, database connections and page layout components that can be dragged onto a script pages to add customized functionality that can make any script unique and effective.

eCreator scripts can be created for any call center application or client campaign. eCreator is completely scalable to any environment. There is no limit to the number of eCreator scripts a call center can build and use. Each script can include multiple pages of data collection fields, including automatic validation such as phone number masks and credit card number masks for all major credit cards. Each page can include selection and navigation functions such as drop menus, radio buttons and pick lists, and sophisticated database functions that enable agents to automatically look up and store information in a database using any ODBC compliant database.

eCreator is designed to integrate all mainstream databases using an ODBC interface. This allows eCreator to interface with Microsoft® SQL Server 2000, as well as Oracle, Sybase and many other backend database technologies. eCreator includes lookup capabilities that can match postal codes to cities and build queries and stored procedures into scripts. eCreator's built-in validation tools ensure the information agents enter is accurate. These tools include verification of credit card numbers, postal codes, phone numbers and other input information.

eCreator's integral Reporting capabilities allow you to create call traffic reports and deliver them as needed to your clients. The eCreator Reporting feature includes a number of built-in administrative reports, which can be used as billing and management tools.
