AMTELCO's eCreator product is a browser-based scripting tool which provides Avaya's Predictive Dialing System (PDS) call center agents with automated screen pops, information exchange, and scripted call flow screens for inbound and outbound campaigns.

eCreator integrates with the Avaya PDS at the agent desktop using an eCreator application called the eCreator PDS agent. The eCreator PDS Agent communicates to the Avaya PDS on one side and to eCreator on the other side. This provides the ability to pass information between the Avaya PDS and eCreator.

   

The eCreator PDS Agent has a small footprint on the agent desktop. It can run on a stand alone agent PC or thin client environment. It includes an embedded web browser to pop up the eCreator web based scripts and to pass information into eCreator. It also allows a call center to limit what browser functions an agent has access to, which can help eliminate potential agent distractions.

The benefit of the browser-based technology of eCreator is that there are no geographical restrictions! The limitations of a single-site local area network are gone - a single eCreator server can support agents and supervisors, located at multiple call center sites, remote offices, or at home; and scripts can be created or changed by any authorized manager at any location. eCreator's technology makes it possible to pull screens and access databases from anywhere in the world!
