AMTELCO Receives Avaya
Award for eCreator
AMTELCO is pleased to announce that AMTELCO's eCreator has completed successful
testing with the Avaya Predictive Dialing System (PDS). AMTELCO
is a member of Avaya's Global DeveloperConnection (DevConnect) Program.
eCreator was thoroughly compliance tested by Avaya's DeveloperConnection
Technical Team, and has been officially accepted as "compliant."

Tata Telecom,
the licensed Avaya PDS distributor for India and the subcontinent, completed
training on the eCreator PDS Agent application and is ready to move ahead
with installation and configuration of eCreator and the eCreator PDS Agent
for PCS, which operates a 100-seat call center and will be the
largest eCreator site to date.
All administrative and technical training was accomplished in September
2002 via NetLink seminars conducted by eCreator product manager Connie
Johnson.
Tata Telecom also is installing the eCreator Engine and Supervisor at
its own facility in India. Both sites are expected to be up and running
by the end of the month.

AMTELCO has been
accepted and compliance-tested by the Avaya Developer Connection Program
for integrating eCreator with the Avaya PDS automated dialer. This
opens the way for AMTELCO to market eCreator and the eCreator PDS Agent
to more than 250 large call centers that use the Avaya PDS.
The eCreator PDS Agent application uses an embedded web browser
to present call scripts to agents as they process calls generated by the
Avaya predictive dialing system. The eCreator PDS Agent is installed in
place of the proprietary Avaya agent application.
Software department manager Kevin Beale and senior programmer
Ray Jalbert, the principal designer of the eCreator PDS Agent,
participated in the final phase of the compliance testing at Avaya's lab
in Redmond, Washington.

AMTELCO is pleased to announce eCreator Version 2.0, which delivers even
more enhancements and new applications to the eCreator system. The new
eCreator Version 2.0 introduces an enhanced Supervisor application, a
built-in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) application, an Appointment

Enhanced eCreator Applications Help Call
Centers Respond to Clients' Needs
