AMTELCO was pleased to receive an award in recognition of outstanding contributions to the DevConnect program and Avaya at thhe annual DevConnect Conference in Hot Springs, VA. AMTELCO was highlighted as the member that Avaya felt made a significant impact as a DevConnect member.

The award was specifically in recognition for AMTELCO's teaming with Avaya on the sale to Toyota Financial Services. Toyota was interested in purchasing four Predictive Dialing Systems from Avaya, but only if Avaya could also provide robust agent workflow scripting. Unfortunately, Avaya could not meet this customer requirement, but the product team suggested AMTELCO as the right partner to help Avaya with the deal.

Avaya felt that AMTELCO represented a key part of the solution, and without the relationship between Avaya and AMTELCO, Avaya could not have succeeded in winning this opportunity with Toyota.
