AMTELCO Receives Avaya DeveloperConnection Compliant Award for eCreator

McFarland, WI-AMTELCO is pleased to announce that AMTELCO's eCreator has completed successful testing with the Avaya™ Predictive Dialing System (PDS). AMTELCO is a member of Avaya's Global DeveloperConnection (DevConnect) Program. eCreator was thoroughly compliance tested by Avaya's DeveloperConnection Technical Team, and has been officially accepted as "compliant."

AMTELCO's eCreator is the first browser-based scripting and campaign management application specifically designed to meet the needs of blended contact centers. eCreator uses the most advanced Web technology, harnessing the power of these advancements while supplying an unparalleled level of ease in terms of usage and administration. Complex agent scripts are easily created using eCreator's simple drag-and-drop techniques on a palette of predesigned response elements and an intuitive graphical interface.
eCreator integrates at the agent desktop with the Avaya PDS using AMTELCO's eCreator PDS Agent. This provides seamless integration and information transfer between the two applications using a browser-based agent interface to offer a number of enhanced features, such as providing PDS call control functions to agents, ensuring agents have the information they need when connecting to calls, and passing information to and from databases.

eCreator offers contact centers complete flexibility, with no limit on the number of eCreator scripts a contact center can build, and allowing each script to include multiple pages of data collection fields. Agent scripts can be created without HTML coding or other programming knowledge. eCreator also provides powerful database connectivity to integrate with all industry-standard databases using an ODBC interface. Also included are sophisticated reporting tools that use the power of ODBC database computing to provide data mining capabilities, as well as access to the information gathered as agents process calls.
